I had a hard time opening the entrance door at first, but I realised after that everything was explained via email

Close to Alameda station and not too far from restaurants and pastelarias that weren't mainly targeting tourists.
We were pleasantly surprised to have been able to get a reasonably good night's rest.
Rather small. For instance, to be able to close the toilet door you first need to move your body out of the way. Tip: leave the door open or step into the shower space to be able to close it.
Bringing more than 1 suitcase into the room is not recommended.
Kind of creepy that you need to rely on a website that forces you to allow cookies (against EU regulations) to be able to open three doors (street, main, room). It worked, but maybe that is not always the case. In one occasion I had to close the cookie site, find back the link in the mail and reopen the site before the lock buzzed open. Do not go out without your phone.
No staff on site except for the cleaning lady.
Neighbours above us (living on a floor that is not part of Alameda Prime Suites) were audible, but I could not make out if they were speaking Portuguese. The lady wears high heels and walks around quite a bit, before finally going out to work.

Buon rapporto qualità prezzo, vicinanza alla metro, pulizia. Letto comodo. Lo consiglio vivamente.
Manca un cartello con il nome sul portone. Televisione difficile da impostare. Lo avessi saputo prima avrei preso la metro dall’aeroporto. E’ comodissima!

good location, close to the metro, perfect if you spend a short time in Lisbon
rooms were clean and comfortable
as i figured our, the cleaning or towels change was for the additional payment, because i noticed that they charged €7.60 from my card without a notification…
also walls are seemed to be made of paper and you hear everything your neighbors do
also i don’t recommend to book a room with an external bathroom because it’s not convenient at all, there is no hot water in the tap or i didn’t understood how to turn it on and the sink is a part of the toilet (i see it for the first time lol) and it’s so tiny and uncomfortable to use) :(
however for a couple of days it doesn’t bother much but be ready for it
