I enjoyed my stay in Lisbon, and look forward to coming back + will look to stay here again. Whether it is the shared bathroom rooms or the private studio, the overall location was great. It was safe in its private courtyard, the noise was minimal leaving for very peaceful evenings. The area was full of great local hot spots, with easy access to public transport. However, the best part was Isabel and Maria as staff. Quick to reply, immediately helpful and when asked for flexibility/help during checkout, provided me with free luggage storage and access to shower before going to airport after checking out. Previous reviews on google maps are mixed, however, it seems the staff have worked to fix any of these issues and make it very pleasant stay for new visitors.
Only downside was I would have liked more sleeping pillows, especially if there was two people in the bed. Luckily just me so I could use both.

Das Appartement war sauber! Gute Nähe zu den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln.
Die Ausstattung der Küche sollte erneuert werden. Die Räume sind hellhörig.

Localização, banheiro privativo e colchão.
Acúmulo de tudo! Dentro e fora da suíte, absurda, deixa tudo com aspecto de entulho, como se tudo q não serve mais fosse colocado na hospedaria e isso dificulta a limpeza e tudo fica sem higiene.
Na suíte, por exemplo, se é para 2 pessoas, pra que tantos copos, pratos, talheres, tigelas, potes, etc?
Havia sujeira embaixo do banco e da cama, o banheiro não cheirava bem, pq foi mal lavado, até comprei desinfetante pra colocar no vaso sanitário e trocava o lixo todo dia. Não tinha bucha para lavar a louça, q tem q ser sempre nova, se não dá impressão q é usada pra limpeza geral e não só para lavar a louça.
Quintal, jardim, chão merece uma ótima lavada, plantas serem arrumadas e não ter tanto entulho, colchas nos assentos só acumulam sujeira, se fosse limpo e sem tanta coisa seria muito agradável.
Tive vontade de me candidatar para administrar a hospedaria, pois a localização e o espaço são ótimos, poderia estar sempre cheia se fosse mais "clean", mas o acúmulo, a sujeira e a falta de zelo são imensos.
