Hotel is located very close to the city center. Only three stops by Metro. Metro station is one block away. Has a nice cafeteria by the Metro station. 2 min to walk from the hotel. Hotel is clean, our room had plenty of sunlight. Hotel has a great reception. Senior Jose is amazing. He made us feel like at home. He was so friendly, kind , and attentive.

Lovely clean room with a comfy bed, good bathroom and a lock up safe. Nice to have a vending machine in the entrance for cold water and snacks.
It served our purposes so can’t complain. Just to note there are quite a lot of stairs we were on the second floor so if you have mobility issues maybe check where your room is situated.

The room was clean, the Facility was clean. Air Conditioning works good. Bed is bequem. not much noise to disturb. Metro nearby. bathroom clean. shower clean and had curtain for those who wants privacy.

The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. Housekeeping did an excellent job, and the room was always clean. The room was comfortable and had enough space for my stay. Although the hotel is not in the city centre, it is easy to reach by metro, and I enjoyed walking there. The neighbourhood may not look very attractive, but I always felt safe.
The biggest issue was the Wi-Fi. It was extremely slow, and although my devices showed they were connected, almost nothing would load. Another downside was the hair dryer. It was very old and kept switching off randomly while I was drying my hair. Since I have thick hair, this made it quite inconvenient.
It is also worth knowing that guests are required to leave their room key at the reception every time they leave the hotel. Housekeeping is mandatory, so if you prefer more privacy or do not want your room entered every day, this may not be the best option. A “Do Not Disturb” choice would be a nice improvement.
