The location was OK, but you needed a taxi or ride share to get around to the city center or Rossio Sq. Portugalia Restaurant was right across the street from our Hotel. The restaurant was so good and the food delicious. When leaving the hotel I recommend walking to the right rather than the left. It is a whole different vibe depending on the direction you take.
It would have been nice to have some guidance on places to eat in the neighborhood. Our tuk tuk driver brought us to a bifanna restaurant near the hotel that is owned by a relative of Bifannas de Ofanso. Great food and less wait than Bifannas de Ofanso.

The room had a good air conditioner and the balcony door (which is recommended to leave opened) definitely helped with regulating the air in the room. Room was spacious. The staff also allowed us to keep our luggage after check out so that we could come back later to collect. Also very close to some very nice cafes and restaurants if you would like to have breakfast or dinner near the hotel. The metro is also very close so it easily gets into the city.
The shower amenities were lacking, combination shampoo and body wash. The temperature of the shower was good but it could benefit with a bit more pressure. I felt the bed's springs so although it felt soft, the springs made it a bit hard.

The location is quite close to city hotspots. Staff were friendly and attentive. Room was super clean!
Lack of insulation. Very noisy neighbourhood. Frequent ambulance sirens. Room was also cold on a winter night.
I suggest taking a look before committing to this place. I had to switch places for something that was quieter and of better value elsewhere.
