Spacious room, comfortable and clean. Nice location. Friendly staff, Convenient shopping options inside the hotel
We were not able to have dinner at the restaurant and need to go outside of the hotel to have dinner in a rainy, winter evening. There were no free parking spots

The room was huge and the receptionist was very nice and helpful.
The breakfast was a disappointment. We had to choose between a few options on the menu. I could either have ham and cheese to put on the bread, or eggs, not a bit of both. So I don't feel it corresponds to a "continental breakfast or buffet", as mentioned on the hotel description.
Unfortunately the lady on the breakfast room was not as nice as the receptionist. When I asked for an expresso, she said I could have it, but didn't say it would have a surcharge, so it was another unfortunate surprise.
The water in the shower was not very hot, but enough.
