The breakfast was very good and the locations is very unique.

The hotel is truly elegant and beautiful, with a lovely atmosphere, excellent cleanliness, and welcoming staff. Overall, the experience has always been wonderful and comfortable.
However, I have a few suggestions that I hope the management will consider.
First, I wish the hotel offered more suite options and slightly more affordable, competitive rates.
Second, I would highly recommend introducing a Loyalty Program or a special membership card for regular guests, offering exclusive discounts, preferential rates, and additional benefits.
We are regular guests who frequently stay at this hotel. Although we usually make our reservations through Booking.com, I believe the hotel should recognize and appreciate its loyal customers, regardless of the booking platform they use.
Ultimately, these suggestions come from our genuine appreciation for the hotel and our desire to continue staying here. We hope to see greater recognition and appreciation for returning guests, as customer loyalty should always be valued and rewarded.
