The staff were consistently helpful and welcoming. Everyone smiled and recognized me, as I regularly stay at Marriott, which is a special touch that is difficult to find elsewhere. I also noticed that the staff seemed stable and familiar, creating a greater sense of comfort and contributing to an even better overall experience.
Maybe it is because it is the low season that breakfast is not as varied as before. Nevertheless, everything else was excellent, and the quality of the food was exceptional. The staff are very friendly and helpful.
There are issues with adjusting the A/C temperature. This is the second time we have experienced this problem during our stays at Marriott.

The property is located connected to the Rashid Mall building and easily accessible to the food court.
The amenities like swimming pool and jacuzzi are really well maintained.
