Dawsons Landing is a charming two bedroom, one bathroom home. Located in a wonderful neighborhood, just 2 miles north of the Brookings Center and Harris Beach State Park. This comfortable two bedroom, is a great place to call home while enjoying the Brookings Coast & Redwoods! Ample parking for fishing boats, trailers or RV's. Spacious yard, fully fenced with additional dog ammenities, such as an outside dog kennel helps make this a comfortable place to bring your 4 legged friend(s) for the adventure. Outside games & BBQing available for guest use. An open layout and spacious living area make for an easy relaxing spot in the house to gather together. Enjoy the large, mounted flat screen TV with basic cable connection and DVD player access for guest use; along with wifi. A smaller, open & well-stocked kitchen with all the cooking utensils you should need. Two dining areas; a 4 seated breakfast table and a larger dining table- seats 6. Two nicely furnished bedrooms and one well stocked full bathroom. The primary bedroom is on the left; sleeps 2 in a queen. Warm oak bed frame, headboard & light color paint helps capture the beautiful natural lighting. This room has a dresser, smaller closet for guests to store clothing, small mounted flat-screen TV with cable access and floored with standard curtains.
