We liked the location it was close to lots of bars and restaurants but still a very quiet area

The hotel was in a residential area but very near a number of restaurants. The Marina and main shopping areas were a short stroll away. I like the peacefulness of the location.
First impressions on reaching the hotel were not brilliant, but soon realised that I was being a bit hasty. There is a nice little store just round the corner for essentials, drink, fruit, etc...
Tea and coffee making means only the machine, you have to pay for the coffee capsule (not sure about the tea). Only the first 2 are complimentary.
The cleaning was haphazard, I was there for a week and they kept missing stuff, towels, toilet roll etc..
There is a bar but I never saw it manned, although I wasn't there very much and there is one across the road.

Check in staff very pleasant and helpful. Nightime staff compltely ignored us as if we were invisible.
