The location was perfect with nearby local amenities and a shop directly opposite.
The front staff were lovely and made us feel welcome. They looked after luggage on the last day.
Lots of seating and use of a fridge was a huge bonus. Tea and coffee facilities provided.
The rooms were comfy, air conditioning and a window we could open and close electronically on the roof. We could also completely blackout the room. They provided free slippers, robes to use, and ear plugs. They also provided soaps for the shower etc.
Noises echo quite a lot and can be heard through your room door (perhaps why the ear plugs are provided). Our hairdryer probably needs replacing but this is minor.
They have lots of cutlery and utensils for people to use, but the washing of this is a bit chaotic, with other people staying often loading the sink up and leaving this for the cleaners or the other stayers (aka us) to wash up when we need bowls etc.
We could have done with some more hangers or hooks in the room but we were happy to make do.

A well designed and thought out Guest House. The staff were kind and helpful. I loved the design accents and comfortable bed.
The only reason I did give it 10 all the way is that I found it a bit noisy being on a street facing room.
