Müzik sesinden uyuyamadım. Hem 14. Katta hem 12. Katta müzik sesi direk içerdeydi. Hemde sabaha kadar. Klima sistemi çok kötüydü. Otomatiği çalışmıyordı. Derece tutmuyordu. Sıcak su çok dengesizdi. Bir soğuk , bir sıcak akıyordu.

Odalar çok geniş ve ferah. Büyük yatak.

14. Katta kalmama rağmen bütün müzik sesi odanın içindeydi. Uyuyamadım sabaha kadar. Duşun sıcak soğuk dengesi ayarsız. Sürekli değişiyor.

The Grand Palazzo has a great presentation on the outside and on the website. Location is great as it's near the beach and central areas. However... be aware of the dislikes...

Nothing is as it seems on the brochures, the fitness center is outdated and located in the hall of the third floor. Only the ground level lobby is air-conditioned, so every hall on all levels is hot and uncomfortable 🥵. Housekeeping is the worst we have ever encountered... We had two rooms, both uncleaned as we entered and requested cleaning. Housekeeping was very moody, but the manager did her best to ensure our satisfaction. Not worth the recommendations they earned, should be revised.
