This was my 5th time staying at Season Five Hotel! The staff are always so friendly, the rooms are very clean, and the facilities are great. The location is super convenient. Prices are a bit on the higher side, but the quality keeps me coming back every time.
What I liked: Everything! Great location, friendly staff, clean rooms, and good facilities. This was my 5th stay here.
What could be improved: As a regular customer, I wish they offered a better price or special rates for returning guests.
Overall: The rest was excellent as always, and I still love staying here!

Staff are friendly
The bathroom is unsafe for elderly people. Water slips off from the long tub and onto the floor area. Last year I did feedback but no changes. Balcony is not swept and mop everyday and was told to wear slipper inside my room.
