A hotel with good value for money. Breakfast is served at the adjacent Redstep restaurant, which faces both the street and the beach.
My corner room had a view of the beach, as well as the buildings next door, and it was nice to wake up to that view. The room was clean and everything worked properly. However, the room was on the sixth floor, right against the elevator shaft wall, and the small balcony had a half roof that let birds perch and drop their droppings on the balcony, so I kept it closed the whole time.
The large indoor pool is popular, which makes sense since the sea in Pattaya isn't really at its best. For the 2 nights I stayed, it was more than fine for me and I have no particular complaints
