The hotel is unhealthy , .They need to remove the mould properly not just hiding it with paint. renovating it properly .We cancelled our stay and front staff is always playing hard about the things. you will loose the customer no matter what if you act that way. They refused to remove our document from their system and required my doctor documents for reschedule our stay which is silly.
do your own favor, there is many hotel surrounds by that respect customer needs
