The staff was super friendly, very professional, and always willing to help and ensure every question I havd.
The location was excellent. I was very happy with the location of the hotel and very clean.
We did not like the pool. The pool was very small and that’s not the way it shows on the picture when you book and also there were a lot of small black mosquitoes everywhere near the pool.
Also, my bed was not comfortable. I didn’t had a real good night. Rest do to how uncomfortable the mattress was.

Everything was perfect . Location amazing and safe , the bed was really comfortable and all you need it’s there if you want to cook. The plus for us was that there is a laundry room in the basement , and if you are a backpacker you can use it free of charge . They even provide the soap . Truly great experience at factory loft . Thank you
Only downside would be that if you are a smoker you have to go outside on the streets , it’s not possible to smoke even on the roof terrace .

Location and breakfast.
The air conditioner in our room was broken, so we ended up spending two nights without air conditioning. It was extremely hot and uncomfortable.
The staff eventually helped us move to a different room, but this was also quite inconvenient and time-consuming, as we had to pack and move all of our belongings again.
Unfortunately, the new room was never cleaned properly, and the bathroom also had water pressure issues that caused problems when flushing the toilet.
Overall, the experience was very disappointing, especially considering the inconvenience and lack of proper room maintenance.
