The property is just perfect for family gatherings. Downstairs bedroom for the grandparents. Upstairs bedrooms for the parents and children. The kids bedroom has 2 full beds, so for us they each had their own big bed. But you could easily double up if you had more children. The view was fantastic! The kids enjoyed jumping off the dock and playing dock baseball as much as boating and tubing. There were many places to gather together and also many places to separate and enjoy some quiet time to yourself. Well furnished, well stocked....and we felt completely at home. Enjoyed tremendously!!

We had a fabulous weekend with friends at your beautiful home on Lake Greenwood. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. We loved hanging out on the screened in porch watching the gorgeous sunsets and we hope to return again next year! Thank you

We had a wonderful weekend at this lake property! The house was wonderful. I’m pretty sure we used every square inch of the property. Sunset views from the dock. Could not have been a better stay! My mom just kept saying she wants to buy this property because it is “just perfect.“ We will definitely be back!

This is our second time at this property. It has been great for skiing, swimming and fishing. The new porch addition was wonderful this summer! Owner is easy to work with very helpful!

Our family has stayed here for the last two years during Spring Break. This house is the perfect place for family, fishing, & fun. Beautiful location, well maintained & excellent amenities. We love this place! The owners are great to work with as well as offer one of the best accommodations at the lake!

This house is absolutely beautiful, from the decor to the scenery , this house provides you a relaxing home away from home feel. The new deck they built is absolutely perfect, the fire pit area is relaxing , and the bed is probably the most comfortable I’ve yet to sleep in. The house comes stocked with everything you need , and was only 25 minutes away from our sons college in Newberry. Would love to stay here again ! Thanks for lending us your home for the weekend !

Our family of four had another wonderful stay at the property. We will return next summer, for sure. The home has a fully stocked kitchen, comfortable bedding, and lots of outdoor gathering spots. The new deck and Weber grill are great additions. We cannot wait to see what surprise we will find upon return.

I rarely give fives as that leaves one little to no space for improving but this house is a close five. It’s positioned second to last on the point so you have about a 180* view of water. The sunsets were impressive and I loved waking with a hot cup of coffee to sit before the huge view of the lake in the sunroom. The house was fully stocked with games both indoor and out, which kept our family very busy when we were not in the lake. We created many memories. The kitchen was very well-stocked making meal prep a breeze. We loved that the dock offered nighttime lighting for fishing and swimming, the lake water is literally lit up around the dock. We found close by towns like 96 and Greenwood that were fun to explore. The only 2 areas of growth (and this is looking critically because you’re so well set up) would be to put up a fence or possibly bushes to block the view of the house on the point, it got VERY very active on the weekend. And secondly To add more towels for swimming or put it in the verbiage that only a few are provided I would have packed more. All in all we loved your home and recommend it to anyone looking for a great lake vacation. Thank you for your excellence in setting it up. (Be sure to watch the video feed on Friday the 25, my husband “fell” into quite a predicament on the side porch. I’d love to see it if you have it available). 😆🙏🏻

This property was gorgeous. The rooms are bigger than the pictures and everything was clean. Plenty of supplies, towels bedding.. The kitchen island was gigantic and great for the kids to eat breakfast around. Lovely finishes throughout and the furnishings were very comfortable. The big lake views were exactly as we had hoped. Windows galore and the screened in porch was so peaceful. There is a new partially covered deck off the screened porch that was awesome. The dock was huge and sturdy with plenty of ladders and stairs to climb out of the water. My kids enjoyed doing cannonballs off the end! The water is about 6.5 ft deep at the end of the dock so perfect for swimming. My only complaint on the dock would be that it was covered in cob webs and could use a refresher cleaning so it matches the feel of the house, which was perfect. The fishing off the dock was good as the sun was setting and the fish made their way in. Made for gorgeous evenings enjoying the sunsets from the dock every night. The area is very rural though there is a Dollar General and small gas station about 3 miles away. If you are looking for a place to get away from it all, then this is it. We ventured into nearby Ninety Six as well as Greenwood and weren't terribly impressed with either town. We did enjoy Newberry and it's histodowntown area. Cute little shops, antique stores (one was featured on American Pickers), and some nice restaurants. There are some other restaurants up bear Cross Hill including our favorite, Fat Daddy's BBQ. Last thing to note was that the trash situation could have been better. It is asked that you drop your trash at the Newberry County Recycling Center about 2 miles away. That was fine except it is closed Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. It also didn't open until 8 on Saturday so if you're looking to hit the road early you really can't since you have to drop the trash and then come back and pack up your car. I think an easy solution would be to just have a trash can outside that guests can put their bags in and when the cleaners come just have them drop it instead. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend staying there for anyone who wants a nice, relaxing stay at a lovely lake house with gorgeous views on a serene lake.

We had a fantastic few days at this property! Beds were so comfortable and kitchen was very well stocked. We rented a pontoon boat file a few days to enjoy this beautiful quiet lake. Highly recommend!

We love with this property and each time we have a great time, everything you'd need is here and we have enjoyed the huge dock with plenty of room for docking a boat and jet skis in a quiet cove with lovely neighbors. Great set up for families!

This was the best house rental experience I have had through VRBO and other rental companies. The property was better than pictures and description. It was very clean and had EVERYTHING....more like a hotel. Lake greenwood was amazing! We did sat-Saturday and we basically had the lake to ourselves mon-Friday. We skied/boarded from the dock and didn’t have to go in search of a secret cove to have good water. The owners were very accommodating, understanding, and responsive to messages. This will hopefully be one of our new yearly vacation spots.

The whole experience at this property was excellent. Everything that was advertised online was actually better when you could see it for yourself. I would recommend this property to anyone.

We had a fantastic vacation. The lake is calm, and the neighbors were not really seen. The house is equipped with everything you could need and then some--comfortable beds, a stocked kitchen, and a screened porch with a great view....all clean and in excellent condition. They even have a SmartTV with Amazon prime television and Netflix, and an Xbox in the kids rooms upstairs-great for allowing the adults to relax. The informational notebook assembled by the owners containing maps for local groceries, restaurants, and marina was very helpful. We will definitely ask to return next year.

We really enjoyed our stay. The home is comfortable and nicely decorated with lovely views of the lake. We brought our boat and really enjoyed the dock and the lake. Would live to visit again!

Really beautiful house. Located at a good part of the lake with lots of room for tubing with the kids. Our family was very pleased with the house, location and over all happy with everything. Only complaint from family was upstairs was hotter than everywhere else. However we all loved this place and would return.
