I had an incredible experience overall, from the lodge's fantastic amenities to the unforgettable game drives, but the highlight was undeniably the outstanding staff. Everyone was exceptionally warm and welcoming, especially the friendly host of the gin tasting who shared fascinating insights about Africa, and the excellent partner shuttle driver who made my arrival seamless. It was truly an exceptional stay made unforgettable by the wonderful people!

Let's start off with the staff. The most AMAZING staff I've ever encountered on all of my trips combined. They went above and beyond, out of their way to make sure that my sister and I were taken care of. The room was always clean and we had plenty of room for our things.
The staff also prepared the most delicious food I've ever had in my entire life. Mouthwatering and exquisite are two words I would use to describe this food; there were fresh fruits, and vegetables, chicken, sausages, eggs, fish, and so many other amazing foods that were given to us during our stay.
The next part was my favorite: the safaris!! Nothing, and I mean, nothing, can describe the absolute joy and happiness I felt while being on these safaris. Within the first safari, we got to see 3 of the Big Five!! I was overjoyed to see these majestic and beautiful animals. And on the rest of the safaris, I got to see the rest of the Big Five, and plenty of other animals as well (some more than once). The true highlight of my safari experience was when our tracker, Patrick, and safari guide, Rifos, stopped our vehicle on a morning safari, and actually had us all walk with the cheetahs!! Patrick and Rifos went above and beyond to make sure that we were safe and enjoying our experience as well :)
The manager, Ingrid, was so kind and attentive to our needs during our stay. I also very much liked that during our safari experience, our vehicle was not as packed as others might have been. We were in a vehicle with just 1 other couple, meaning we had plenty of room to move up or back a few seats and still have such a good view of everything around us.
The snacks on the safari drives were also memorable, as we would stop in an area and have a small snack on both our evening and morning safaris; we really got to enjoy the silence and stillness of the wild at this resort. We always felt very safe :)

Great and exclusive Safari experience in a private reserve. Not as crowded as public reserves. Jack is an amazing guide. Globally, the staff was extremely friendly and welcoming

As cabanas são amplas e confortáveis, com uma vista linda do rio, cama grande e muito confortável. O serviço de quarto com alguns mimos de comer, bem como café e chá o tempo todo deixa tudo mais aconchegante. O serviço de quarto é impecável, arrumam o quarto muito rápido, e no período da tarde/inicio de noite deixam a cama e as luzes preparadas para dormir. Toalhas sempre limpas e secas, tudo muito cheiroso. A ducha com água quente é forte e o banho após um dia inteiro de Safari fica garantido 😊
Não consigo falar absolutamente nada contrário a tudo que recebemos.
