Funcionários impecáveis, sem exceção, sem dúvidas é o ponto alto. O quarto que reservei era muito grande e confortável, com uma bela vista para mata. Os safáris incluídos foram bem legais também, infelizmente não vimos nem elefante nem leopardo, mas a natureza é assim, não dá pra ter certeza de nada. Vimos leis e búfalos de muito perto.

Loved our stay here. Staff were exceptional, rooms were comfortable & food was lovely. Staff went out of their way to accommodate us. Game drives in the morning & late afternoon were very well done with a driver & tracker. Lovely sundowners while out on safari & nice down time during the middle of the day. It was a nice end to our African holiday.
Wi-fi wasn't great & not available in our rooms.

Os funcionários são muito disponíveis, amigos e prestam apoio contínuo. O lugar é muito agradável e ficamos em uma suite incrível de vidro. Nosso guia Charlie foi sensacional e o Tracker James também fizeram nosso Safari game rider ser excelente.
A comida oferecida poderia ter mais variedade/opçoes. A área da piscina precisa de manutenção e poderia ser mais bem utilizada com atividades durante o dia.
