The breakfast was excellent, the best I had during my visit to Japan. A quiet location near the station and next door to the Sheraton hotel from where you can catch a limousine bus to Kansai airport. The room was spacious and comfortable.
The hotel is showing signs of age however for the price it's good value.

The attached shopping centre, art gallery, museum, the look of the outside - like a space ship
The rooms are very dated (furniture, carpet, beds, lights, aircon, plastic bathrooms with yellow touch to it). Looks much better in the pictures when we booked.
