Fantastic location with wonderful views and very close to the city.
The rooms are a bit small, with limited space to handle luggage.

Beautiful views near Pienza. Hotel spotlessly clean and lovely decor. Well appointed bathroom. Lovely friendly waitress Maria serving breakfast. Great location for Pienza and restaurants.
Got bitten badly by mosquitos by the pool in first ten minutes ( counted over 70 bites in my legs) so couldn’t use it. No staff after 7 so if you go back to hotel very quiet- better to stay in Pienza for the evening,Tricky road surface on approach.

Good location & pool
To be honest this is one of the most disappointing stays we have had. It began with black mold in the bathroom. Which they weren’t able to clean because they didn’t have the right cleaningsprays. After that we had power outage that led to cold showers, no light and our electronic tootbrush that is broken. This led to lots of extra costs which they didn’t want to help with.
