I enjoyed the staff. They were extremely helpful and friendly. The room was very lovely and well maintained.
The location was okay, but it did it's job. There were alot of stairs to bring our suitcases but it was also fine. Overall excellent place.

The staff were brilliant, very helpful and incredibly friendly. The location is perfect if visiting Naples for a weekend away. I would highly recommend.

not much
had to walk up, not allowed to use elevator which was not mentioned during booking online, parking was far away, we lost power in middle of the night and had no AC, and when we complained we were told to hit circuit breaker which was not shared with us until we complained, which sounds like it happens often.
