The hostess went out of her way for a great stay!
Breakfast was only bread-like items. More fruit or protein options

Best thing. Lovely friendly staff. So nice and welcoming! Breakfasts were very good.
We enjoyed sitting on the terrace having our breakfast under the dome and watchful eye of St Michael's church.
Very clean .
Very central..and close to San Carlo opera house!
Nice and quiet. Good sleeps.
Arriving in the evening after dark, on our first visit to Naples, the battered green door and the vestibule with its bins, made an uneasy initial impression. But hey! This is Naples...and once into the Chiara suites, all was well.

We arrived at night...by taxi from the airport.
It was our first time in Naples. We were slightly alarmed by the initial prospect; (battered green door...dustbins on entering). But once in the property itself all was wonderful!
Best thing. The staff,..... without exception, were really lovely, welcoming and friendly.
They even helped this rather ancient 82 year old with his luggage.
And breakfasts were a highlight. Sitting on the terrace under the watchful eye of the dome of St Michael's Church, where we went to |Mass on two occasions!...
Nothing!

not much
had to walk up, not allowed to use elevator which was not mentioned during booking online, parking was far away, we lost power in middle of the night and had no AC, and when we complained we were told to hit circuit breaker which was not shared with us until we complained, which sounds like it happens often.
