Paid for jacuzzi that was broken - not functional

Massimo was wonderful and quick to respond any questions/ requests we had. The location is wonderful in beautiful Chiaia -- close to nice cafes and restaurants, and within walking distance of the sea, the Spanish Quarter, and the historic center. The apartment was ample and comfortable.
The shower in the room is not well designed and despite having nice spa features they are impossible to use because of the position of the shower relative to the door of the shower.

The room was described. We only stayed one night while in transit.
Location was close to the water and nice dining.
There was a small kitchen in the unit with a fridge that offered a few drinks that could be purchased
Location was hard to find. Additional information on how to find the property would have been helpful.
The beds were not very comfortable for us.
