A nice place in the historical center, an old building with old furniture. Easy accessible from the train and ferry, there is a supermarket nearby. A breakfast was good.
I stayed there for 3 days, and nobody cleaned the trash bins. There is no teapot or refrigerator in the room.

The position was terrific. We could walk everywhere and easily get to either the ferry to along the Grand Canal or the ferries out to the islands and the airport. If coming from the airport or train station by vaporetta and dragging luggage, from either one there is only one bridge to take luggage up and down, which is great as not too much trouble.
They came to find us in the street straightaway, without us even asking, as it can be a little confusing to find the front door.
Nina was very pleasant and Igor so helpful.

O ambiente, a proximidade dos eventos.
A cozinha não estava à disposição, só se via água de manhã duas garrafinhas por casal, a pessoa que servia o café da manhã parecia que não gostava do que fazia, rude e amarga.
