Good apartments with a magnificent view that fully matches the photos — having breakfast and dinner here every day was a real pleasure. The view alone is absolutely worth choosing these apartments for.
The accommodation overall corresponds to the photos; however, in reality the interior felt slightly less modern than we had expected.
If I were the owner of these apartments, I would definitely consider updating the terrace furniture to make the outdoor space even more comfortable and enjoyable, replacing it with something more modern and stylish.
It would also be a good idea to replace the towels, as they already felt quite worn out.
Ideally, adding air conditioning would make a big difference in overall comfort, although the fans did help and worked well enough.

Die Aussicht war super, gute Möblierung auch für die Terrasse, Küche gut ausgestattet, Küchenmöbel könnten mal etwas renoviert werden, schade, dass keine Spülmaschine vorhanden ist. Eigener PKW Stellplatz ist super komfortabel, ausreichend gross in gepflegter Garage. Zugang digital, hat super geklappt
Der Gastgeber könnte etwas kommunikativer sein - es hat alles aber richtig gut geklappt.

La ubicación es fantástica, el paisaje y la terraza .
La piscina también , el apartamento es grande y con muy buenas vistas . es una pena no se modernice un poco porque alcanzaría muy buena nota.
Por las fotos parece todo nuevo pero bastante , bastante , lejos de la realidad. Tiene muchos aspectos que son de dejadez que mejorar, había muchas hormigas en la cocina, elementos y muebles muy desgastados no se corresponde con las fotos .
No hace falta tener 1000 instrumentos de cocina que estén en mal estado con tener 4, o 5 que están bien es suficiente. Las cortinas de la terraza estaban en un estado fatal al igual que la funda del sofá llena de manchas y los cubre almohadas .
Son cosas aparentemente simples y poco costosas de mejorar pero que pueden marcar la diferencia. Entendemos que entre visita y visita solo pasa el servicio de limpieza, pero hay elementos de desgaste que se deberían ir renovando porque dan muy mala imagen.
Estuvimos dos días sin apenas agua es cierto que se solucionó y no parece un problema del propietario, entendemos la situación , pero con el conjunto de aspectos detallados hacen que la experiencia no fuera tan buena , eso sí , sin ser para nada mala. Somos dos personas que viajamos a menudo y nos alejamos en todo tipo de alojamientos.
No se trata de una crítica a hacer daño, se trata de una crítica constructiva para que el alojamiento mejore ya que creemos que si se cuidan esos detalles , sería un gran apartamento .
