Location is phenomenal for taking in the top sights and activities in Madrid. Laundry on site was amazing as well.
The shower leaked quite a bit by design. It’s also loud there in the mornings — only an issue if you’re looking to sleep in at all!

The apartment was fresh and clean just as it is shown in the photos. A real highlight was the shower which was powerful and hot. The location was excellent for accessing public transport and local amenities. We stayed here to attend the F1 at Madring and commuted from Sol station which took approximately 45 minutes. Be Mate provided excellent customer care by messaging me with information and they responded promptly to my replies.

It was well located, near Plaza del Sol, La gran Via and walking distance of cool neighborhoods. There’s good transportation nearby. The place is cozy, well decorated and had everything you need to make a easy meal. The bed was comfortable and the air conditioning worked well. The shower has great water pressure. There is a laundry room, iron and ironing board and a clothing rack. That was a great addition to our stay.
The suit is located on the 3 floor, which means 4 floor for Americans, and it doesn’t have elevator. If you have big suitcases it can be exhausting going upstairs.
The shower pan leaks a lot!

It was central.
Apartment was super small for 3 people. We had nowhere to move. There were no washing machines, we did not expect to use the same towels to dry with for 5 whole days. To bring us new clean towels there was a fee. We arrived at Madrid early morning, waited till 3pm for check in, when I sent to the host she told me it's not ready yet. At this point we were tired, walked to the apartment anyway and waited 30 mins for the cleaner to finish cleaning. If check in was supposed to be done at 3 how come we had to wait?
