La situación del apartamento a unos metros de la Gran Vía es magnífica. La cama grande y cómoda. El baño pequeño pero bien equipado, eso si, calculado al mínimo la cantidad de algunos elementos. No usé la lavadora ni la vitrocerámica, ni la plancha, pero si tuve que comprar las cápsulas de café para poder tomarme uno en la cafetera Nespresso. Siempre es un detalle dejar alguna cápsula y algún botellín de agua mineral, a pesar de que el agua de Madrid es estupenda. Aún así hay un DIA muy cerquita.
Que el ruido nocturno (finales de agosto) de la calle no me dejara tener abierto el balcón de la habitación y tener que utilizar el A/A toda la noche encendido (y como es de termostato clavado en la pared, no se pueden regular las lamas y el aire cae directamente sobre la cama), hay que ponerlo como mínimo con 26º para que no moleste. El sistema de llaves a través de un enlace en el móvil es práctico, pero lento, y yo tuve problemas un par de veces en los que tardaba mucho en cargarse el botón de apertura (quité el wifi del edificio y funcionó mejor).

Good location, everything walkable
Very noisy, both from on street and neighbouring apartments into early hours of the morning. Balcony doors not very good at sound insulation, bin lorries collecting rubbish at 2am.
Kitchen poorly equipped, knives need sharpened and some basics provided (salt, oil etc.).
Bed not particularly comfortable either
