The condo is locally good situated, the shower is disgusting, the condo is freezing cold.

The condo is situated quiet and close to the beach

There where no Information where in the complex the condo is situated, the owner did not give any information and we had to wait 30 minutes until he answered the phone upon arrival. (We arrived at 20:00) The condo was not pre heated, the temperature in the condo was 9 degree Celsius, the reversed heatpump and the provided electric radiator is not able to heat the condo higher than 16 degrees and is loud. Bathrooms are not heated. Only one bedroom is heated by a radiator. The showers is extremely!! full of mold. The condo door is very difficult to open

it was a nice break from the crowds of the city, beaches were beautiful

it had everything we needed for a quiet few days

the property could use some updates and the pool was being worked on which didn’t affect us but the noise was a bit much at times especially early morning, we still managed fine also as foreigners we didn’t realize it was 80 km from Valencia city so it was expensive to get there without a car

Very close to the beach, beautiful beach and not very crowded

We liked the property but the garage was very tight for our car, so we chose to park outside on the street. A smaller car would fit perfectly.

Maravillosas vistas y terraza.

Nos encantó la terraza, las vistas tanto al mar como a la montaña, mucha paz y tranquilidad en términos generales. También la cama grande, aunque mejorables las almohadas. Tenía de todo, inclusive lavavajillas. Rafa, el anfitrión, fue muy atento con indicaciones claras de todo el funcionamiento. Además nos encontramos el apartamento perfectamente limpio nada más entrar.

Me faltaron productos de limpieza disponibles, y almohadas más cómodas. Nada más, inmejorable en lo demás.

Nos encantó la terraza, las vistas tanto al mar como a la montaña, mucha paz y tranquilidad en términos generales. También la cama grande, aunque mejorables las almohadas. Tenía de todo, inclusive lavavajillas. Rafa, el anfitrión, fue muy atento con indicaciones claras de todo el funcionamiento. Además nos encontramos el apartamento perfectamente limpio nada más entrar.

Rafa lost indien nodig alles snel op! Er werd goed contact gehouden! Je zit direct aan het strand. De woning heeft een zeer groot terras. Het is een mooie omgeving!
