The refugio is super cozy, Adrian was very kind and attentive, the breakfast was amazing with both hot and cold, sweet and savory options. It's right by the entrance to the Torres del Paine National Park and there are dogs and horses just outside.

Amazing view of the mountains and really good common kitchen for cooking. The sitting area was nice. Very good breakfast. They set everything out early so we had an early start for Torres del Paine.
There is a problem with there sewage system or ground gas? Our room was clean and smell nice/ recently dissenfected.
That said after a few hrs the bathroom in our bathroom smelled extremely bad. Gases coming up from the shower etc.
With the door closed the main room it was not anywhere near as noticeable. I would have liked to give the place a high score but couldn't for this reason.
Slight venting was even noted from the kitchen sink when I washed our dishes after breakfast

Wondeful view!
Not clean, dust and hair on the ground everywhere in the room and bathroom. Absolutely no sound proofing. Snoring from other rooms very much hearable as every word spoken and every foodstep in the building. Our room was just above the breakfastroom. In the morning very strong smell from breakfast room. Breakfast provided was ok.
