Muy buen alojamiento junto a la frontera

Veníamos cansados del viaje y buscábamos algo cerca de la frontera: están a escasos metros. Me esperaba un típico hotel de carretera y me encontré unas instalaciones y servicios bastante mejores.

Super nice hotel with top class service!

Super nice hotel and very nice service giving very good advice on what to do and how to organize the tour to Torres del Paine. They even sell gasoline!

It is a bit in the middle of nowhere. Close to the park but there is more to do in Puerto Natales if you stay longer.

Al no haber alternativas para comer pueden cobrar lo que quieran, me parecieron excesivos los cobros por una comida buffe

When we arrived, the hotel from outside look like a warehouse, but inside, it looks as from designer magazine, just perfect. The hotel room was spacious, clean, all perfectly prepared for guests.

The breakfast coffee did not taste good. Breakfast was ok.

The staff was just the best! Every one was friendly, welcoming, and so helpful! Make sure to talk to Juan Carlos in reception! He's learning English and is soo much fun. Rooms were clean and food was delicious. There's a huge selection of wine in the restaurant and big gathering space was a great place toe enjoy a drink after a long day.

I honestly can't say a negative thing about the hotel. One thing to note, there isn't a gas station in town. The closest station is in Puerto Natales, so be prepared if you are driving into the park for day hikes.

Beautiful place in a small town not far from the Torres del Paine national park. We enjoyed delicious evening meals and breakfasts there and they even provided very tasty packed lunches. Nicely decorated inside, and good wifi connection. We enjoyed our stay very much.

What we needed was right there It is a newer property and the attention to details were noted. Maybe slightly overpriced but considering it’s remoteness and other limited options I get it. We were very comfortable. Meals were also very good.

Good Hotel

It's a nice hotel, has restaurant which served dinner (set menu), very comfortable bed and helpful staff. It's located just "behind" Chilean border control. It's about 58km from Puerto Natales.

Very good

The staff at the reception was really nice and helpful. If you have a car, the location ist a great starting point to the national park.

Since the hotel is located close to the national Park with almost nothing around, we asked in advance if it is possible to use the kitchen. They told us we can use it and bring our own food. In fact when we started cooking the owner got angry and sent the receptionist and the cook to let us know it is not allowed and we can't cook anymore from the next day. Would not have been a problem if we had known before, but like this we could not use the food we bought. Besides the communication of the problem was not nice.
