First of all as a guest I write here the informations to help others guests and also to help the property to improve their services.
2- Reception = Max is very nice man and the others girls also
5- Size of the room = is ok but the distribuition is bad
6- Mattress = good and good size
7- Pillows = good
8- Wardrobe = good
11- Shower = small place but strong water
12- TV channels =
13- Wifi in the room =
14- Noise = no noise
Family studio is very bad we must change It. You need stairs to arrive in the reception and after another stairs to arrive in the room and after inside the room you have another stairs to arrive in the bedroom. But the worse is the high of the room because is very low and you risk to hurt your head.
Double room is very bad also because to get the bedroom you have stairs and the bathroom is dowstairs. One night I needed to go to the toilette and quite dropped in the stairs. This is very bad for everybody but for old people is dangerous.
1- Location = farway from the city you need a car
3- Elevator to the rooms = no just stairs to the reception and after to the bedroom
4- Parking = in the street
9- Curtains = not so good system
10- Bathroom = very small shower place
12- TV = old TV located in a very bad place and no so many INTNL channels
13- Wifi in the room = good
