The place is really nice, rooms are nice and well refined. View from windows is amazing and beds are comfortable. In general staff was always available and ready to help.
Maybe a bit more selection during breakfast, but the touch of scrambled eggs made on request improved the experience.

Location is superb, with lots of amazing places to eat and drink within walking distance. A really lovely little town that felt really, really safe. A peaceful hotel with a nice outside area to relax in. Rooms were a good size and clean.
The breakfast was a little basic and I didn't enjoy the coffee, was a tad stewed. My partner is nervous of dogs so the strays in the area made him a little uneasy at first, especially as they tend to follow you and wait outside the hotel / restaurant doors, without anyone moving them on. However, once we learned they are communally looked after and are friendly (unlike strays at home) my partner settled into the idea and quite liked them in the end!

Poor water pressure, almost impossible to take a descent shower.
Woke up at 7 am because of vacuuming sounds from the corridor. Unpleasant receptionist and unwelcoming vibes. Felt like they don’t want any hotel guests
