Aloe Boutique Hotel & Suites - adults only

★★★★★ Amazing hotel with incredible staff We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Aloe Boutique Hotel and genuinely couldn’t fault it. The hotel itself is beautiful and spotlessly clean, with lovely modern rooms and a beautiful pool area which was perfect for relaxing. It’s also in a great location, with plenty of really good local restaurants within easy walking distance. The food and drinks at the hotel were excellent, and the waiting staff were always attentive, friendly and welcoming. What really made our stay special, though, was the staff. Every single member of the team was incredible — genuinely friendly, helpful and always happy to go the extra mile. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble. They helped us with taxi bookings, gave us some brilliant local recommendations for restaurants and places to visit, and made us feel really well looked after throughout our stay. The whole hotel has such a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. Beautiful pool, lovely rooms, great food and drinks, fantastic location and, most importantly, an amazing team of staff. We had a brilliant stay and would absolutely recommend Aloe Boutique Hotel. We’d happily return in the future. **5 stars!**

Everything. The hospitality, the staff that became our friends and made us feel at home, the breakfast was great especially the omelettes. The room was spacious and perfect view to the sea couldn’t ask for more :)

The reception when you check in was great, the guy at the reception very polite, you get a welcome drink and a towel and they explain everything to you in detail. The room was OK and the internet worked nicely. The small issue with the rooms on the lower level is that all the people in the pool area can look into your room unless you put the curtains, but then you don't have a natural light. The breakfast was really good and had a lot of variety and the cook makes you eggs as you like them. There's a big pool area and also if you have lower level rooms you basically have your own pool area as the "terrace" of the room is right at the pool. There is a parking lot in front and in the back of the hotel. The hotel also has a small sauna area and a gym. The hotel is almost at the beach but doesn't have it's own sunbeds and the beach is really crowded in season. Everything seems clean and the staff is polite and always smiling.

Overall even though the hotel is of a solid quality it doesn't resonate as a 5-star hotel for many reasons. The breakfast is good but not a 5 star hotel and looking at the other comments seems like dinner is even worse. The staff is smiling and trying to help you, but they are not really trained to do so on a 5 star level. Also many of them don't even speak English. The lady at the reception was trying her best to help but seems a bit lost. We also wanted to order breakfast box for the day we leave as we couldn't be there for the breakfast (we were leaving early in the morning) and at first they told us no problem, then they forgot to actually make a breakfast box (luckily we asked for them an hour before the departure) and then they made them, but told us it's something they charge (?!) but for us on this occasion they will not. On a positive side it was a really great variety for a breakfast box. I've never been to a hotel that charges you a breakfast to go that you already paid for. The hotel is generally a solid one, but it's doesn't give the value for money as it's far to expensive for what it offers.
