Location is in the middle of everything in the condado.
No street parking ,only valet parking 30$ a day.

The breakfast and diner was scrumptious and the room was both cozy and comfortable. I like the hotel's location because it was only a few minutes from the beach. Therefore, I could felt the cool ocean breeze.

They are updating so some areas were under construction (understandable)

It was in the heart of Condado so I would say that it was easy to move around.
It was currently under renovation so the elevator did not work. It is hard to sleep since the WiFi extender has a bright blue light so the room could not be dark. I could not block it since it was way above the front door.
