Short stay get away for four days. First time at this hotel and a hotel this intimate. The front desk clerk on the day I arrived set the tone, under tremendous pressure due to an utility issue, she maintained a friendly composure and greeted each guest and situation well. She set the tone for the stay…restaurant staff were nice and an appropriate level of professionalism. Being steps to the beach was a great experience. Less than 45 seconds from elevator to water. Ideal location on Condado Beach. Near all. Depending on my needs, I will definitely visit this hotel in the future.
