Great location close to a lot of things. The room was comfortable and AC worked well. Breakfast was convenient too
I was on the first floor right below the stairs and you could hear everything when people went upstairs. My room was also directly next tot he pool area, thankfully no one used the pool but one of the windows didnt fully lock which made me uneasy as a solo female traveler

The location in Condado was good for walking to restaurants. We appreciated the morning breakfast and luggage storage.
We stayed on two separate occasions in a Deluxe King room booking. Our first room was bigger and more bright, but on our second stay, the Deluxe King room was located at the top of the stairs, and was smaller, darker and dingier. Both rooms were extremely noisy from other guests talking in the hallway, walking up the stairs and slamming doors so we did not get much sleep. The bed during our second stay was like sleeping on a bag of potato chips; each time you moved, it made awful crunching noises.
