The front desk staff, specifically Francisco was amazing when it came to my questions and concerns. He even asked about my stay when I came up for a towel, I was so pleased! If/when I come back to Puerto Rico, this is where I will be staying. So thankful for this opportunity!

The staff was so nice and accommodating. There were so many amenities and the pool and hot tub were breathtaking. We will return. Amelda, front desk was such a joy!

I was there for one night... the hotel staff are amazing, the restaurant food was delicious, and it's only a block away from the beach. I would definitely stay there again!
