Very cute little hobbit village. The owners were very nice. Even provided a cake for my girlfriend since it was her birthday. Good parking in front, tasty breakfast brought to our house.
Nothing. Just that we didn’t stay long enough, one night for not do it justice.

We loved everything about Cozy House. It is one of the most unusual, imaginative, and visually appealing places we have ever stayed. Aside from that, it was incredibly clean and provided all the amenities inside that we needed. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delivered to us in beautiful picnic baskets which were full of all good things to eat.

An epic stay with very detailed and adorable decor. I genuinely felt like I was staying in Hobbiton! Each tiny detail was so thoughtful and beautiful!
Breakfast was good and plentiful. The room was comfortable and cozy. The rushing river outside the window was a great ambiance!
The staff was very friendly and thoughtful!
Would love if it were kid-free. The jungle gym and kids running all over were distracting from an otherwise peaceful environment.
