Breakfast, nice spa complex, friendly staff, clean, no bad smells, beautiful views, cottage was good for a family and comfortable , location was good and not far from the city center by car , playground and game-room for children
The road to the hotel, no instructions/signs how to get to the cottages and parking from the reception, took a while to get warm water in the rooms, sauna should have wooden flooring as it was slippery, i would suggest to add also wine glasses in the kitchen and wine opener

The pool was great, with a good height for non-swimmers. The design of apartments was also good. The noise cancelation in the rooms were good , We didn't hear anyone from the nearby cottages.
At first when we opened the tap water in two bathrooms , a black water came. After that it was okayish but still wasn't trusting it. Also on the first floor the towel had a yellow spot on it. A small one. Both of the things were communicates with the reception and I gave them the keys to check all of it again. When we came back to take the keys , they said that they did check and everything was good. When they saw my face the other person from reception(seems to be a manager) said that anyway they changed the towels. I went back and still the towel with yellow spot was there.. this time I just didn't use it and didn't tell them again because didn't want to be in a conflict. But from a five star hotel this is unacceptable.
Also what I didn't like is that everything there is an additional fee. You want to play PS5 you need to pay x amd. The spa is also an additional payment.
The other problem was that it was far from the city center and you couldn't have a safe walk to the center. You needed a taxi.
Also an additional problem. After booking I asked them via booking messageing if there is an over for pizza making. They said yes. When I arrived they said that it is available in another apartment with higher class :/
