Staff were very friendly and helpful.
Bed was a little old perhaps - I could feel the individual springs. Unfortunately we had a shower tray which wouldn't drain properly and although they tried their hardest and called in a plumber it couldn't be sorted out.

The girl at reception was going to move her car but we managed ok. Staff at breakfast were great to

The location was ideal for us. Close to town but not noisy or crowded.
The room was room 9. The room was small, the bathroom had a water leak, and the closet top had a thick layer of dust. The bed was poorly made up on several days. We were there for a week. The bed mattress was uncomfortable. You could feel the springs.
I am subject to a strictly supervised medical diet. I am allergic to carbohydrates, most sugars, and compounds in most vegetables . This includes seed / vegetable oil.
This was brought to the attention of various staff members..
We wished to " swap out" ALL fruits, all carbohydrates, and substitute meat, protein, eggs, and yoghurt. The kitchen was
happy to leave the above off ( at no price reduction)but an extra egg, sausage, bacon @ $2.00 per additional item.
I found this petty and less than generous. It was detrimental to our enjoyment
Took our tourist dollars to other businesses with the town. Eat and drank there, instead.
As a family run business, I can not but feel they have let themselves down.
We ran family similar businesses for 50 years in our home country. Three of our five family members STILL work in hospitality.
We will return to Mull for a third time but will not stay here !!!!.
