The location was perfect next to the train station, enabling us to easily get around Lake Zurich. The hotel was stylish and clean, and the room was a decent size. Breakfast had a modest but enjoyable selection of foods and we always looked forward to mornings. The staff were also all very friendly and professional, and a special mention for Juliette on the front desk who was always very welcoming, upbeat and happy to provide information and make our stay as comfortable as possible, the young lady who cleaned our room (I don't remember her name, I'm sorry) who went above and beyond to show us where to buy train tickets, and Nea (not sure of the spelling, apologies) in the dining room who was always very attentive and greeted us with a lovely smile.
The only complaint we had was that we would have sat on the dining room balcony a lot more had it not been for the one or two very persistent and annoying wasps that hung around the tables there. It might just be us, or it may have been the wrong time of day, or month of the year, and possibly not an ongoing problem for the majority, but some sort of deterrent would be very welcome to your guests, I'm sure. Otherwise, no issues at all, thank you.

Great place right in front of the train station. I was worried about the noise but the room was exceptionally silent! I was there during summer and the room was always in a nice temperature (but I couldn't change the temperature). Close enough to the lake and Badeplatz Ludretikon, which is a nice "beach". Had a really nice TV with Cast on it.
Because of the layout of the room I stayed, the bathroom door didn't fully close.

Great location
Wierd Check in experience. Paid guest tax in cash and gave credit card details, only to be told on check out that the guest tax hadn’t been paid and they needed my credit card details
