We visited our daughter at college and needed a place to stay for one night. It was a perfect spot. We got in a little late so we basically got there and went straight to bed, but had a great morning walk to the beach, which was absolutely beautiful. Great location and the property was as advertised. Thanks!!!

Loft apartment; comfortable and just right for two people. Very nice view of water from large window. Lovely sounds of the ocean. Nice neighborhood for walking. Tastefully and simply decorated

Charming place loaded with decor of the sea, 2 minute walk to the shoreline.Stayed during a hurricane and the walls did not buckle nor did the road cave, but I had to move my Auto from the designated parking space under the shaking, dead apple tree. Both survived the storm. Thumbs up for a reasonble stay in a separate building above the garage with stairs!

Didn’t really know what to expect from this space but it was perfect. There was lots of room, had all of the amenities that you would need, and the view was great. Also appreciated the suggestion to walk around the bend and go out on the rocks - it was enjoyably relaxing. I wish we had more time to spend in the area.

Excellent stay. Studio apartment. Very clean. It has everything that you could need . Microwave, stove, Mini kitchen, refrigerator. Futon, full size bed, nightstand with lamp , clock . Cute cane,rocking chair . Kitchen table and chairs, empty Bureau that you can use. TV, AC unit. Large closet. Bathroom with towels. Excellent shower with good water pressure. Full length mirror, Cathedral ceiling with fan. You can see the ocean from the windows. There is an excellent public walking path down the road from your stay which gives you a gorgeous surprise View of two lighthouses off on an island. 1 minute drive to the center of Rockport to look at Shops in the tourist views. Motif number one. The host leaves you a very detailed letter to tell you about the place and how to have access. There is a parking spot for your carin a quiet neighborhood. Highly recommend this spot. We will be coming back.

Beautiful and quiet area with gorgeous view from the window! Walking distance from the shore and the little beach. Easy to find a perfect spot to catch the sunrise or a moonrise over the ocean. Comfortable stay. Great host !

NOT WHAT IT SAYS ON THE TIN This accommodation was perfectly fine just not what we were expecting from the description, clearly we needed to read between the lines. When it says Kingsize I assume having now stayed its talking about the size of the studio as the bed was definitely not Kingsize in fact I’d say after being in the US for 3 weeks staying in all sorts of accommodation this was by far the smallest bed. Not an issue just not what we were expecting. There was a bit of a damp smell particularly in the bathroom, I think from the plugs, and between stays the studio really does need a better clean - not just a surface tidy up. There were a few cobwebs around the windows particularly in the kitchen and several small spiders which if cleaned properly between stays wouldn’t have been there. That leads to another area of the description that isn’t quite right in our view - ‘immaculate’ should not be used if it isn’t. I don’t know when it was remodelled but I assume this is the description from when it was newly remodelled but that may have been a while ago. As I said nothing massively wrong, believe me we have stayed in lots if accommodation in the US and this is a comfortable accommodation just ‘not what it says on the tin’.

Rockport was so beautiful and the walks from the cottage were great. So much fun in Glouster too. The bathroom was clean and beds were comfortable. Nice ocean air through the windows!

The perfect apartment for two people. It was immaculate. The small kitchen has everything you need to cook a meal or fix your own breakfast. The walk to the water was short and so interesting to walk all over the huge rocks. I recommend this rental.
