Pleasant and polite staff, safe parking for motorcycle, 24/7 front desk, relatively close to city centre
Breakfast is basically gone by 9am, bathroom wasn’t the best , fridge we had to unplug as it sounded like a dying whale , safe didn’t work, terrace is not cleaned ( we found cigarette buds from previous guests and they stayed there for the full duration of our visit)

Location was great for my needs. The room was OK, but the terrace with plants was fascinating.
Very dated room, very old bed.
Most of the rooms were used by smokers. After checking multiple smelly rooms I was given a clean one.
The refrigerator in the room was old and made terrible noise.

There was braille in the elevator and seem fit for wheelchair.
I would like that the hotel would have better access conditions such as side walks from city center and subway.
