Location and access are fabulous.
Food and restaurant is great.
Clean.
Friendly staffs.
The average age of the guests is slightly high. Although the location is in the centre of night life and clubs, but the guests were slightly old. May be it was the case during the specific time of my stay.

The hotel was lovely, very clean, rooms comfortable, food was OK.
On the last evening we went into the hotel bar and encountered the most miserable, rude bar man I have honestly ever come across.
Asked for hot chocolate and the bar man was literally shaking his head whilst making it. Made us feel very uncomfortable after such a lovely stay. He literally didn't say one word to us, just using head movements to communicate.
Its such a shame that this lovely hotel is ruined because of one man.

Only the location that is close to the beach and restaurants.
Extremely disappointing experience. The staff was absolutely unacceptable.
The level of service was shockingly poor. The staff showed no patience, no attention to guests, and, most importantly, a complete lack of basic politeness and professionalism. The man who attended to my wife was particularly rude and disrespectful. His attitude was so inappropriate that my wife was genuinely shocked and uncomfortable.
We travel extensively around the world and have stayed in countless hotels, from different categories and in many countries. Unfortunately, the staff at this hotel ranks among the worst we have ever encountered.
Mistakes or occasional problems can happen anywhere, but treating guests with such a lack of courtesy and respect is simply unacceptable. Good hospitality starts with basic respect, and that was completely missing during our experience.
Based on the service we received, we would definitely not return and cannot recommend this hotel to other travelers.
