A propane grill, conveniently located on the same level, eliminates the need for frequent trips up and downstairs to check on dinner. Upon entering our home, the second level unfolds as the primary living area, characterized by an open floor plan seamlessly connecting the living room and kitchen – ideal for both cooking and entertaining simultaneously. The space features elegant plantation shutters, granite countertops, a 65” TV, and a sumptuous leather sofa, making this area truly stand out. A cozy game and library nook awaits for lazy days and nights.
