Well equipped (2 key) airconditioned appartement; Everything you need to feel like home for a week in beautiful Menorca. Souvenir Shops, supermarkets & restaurants nearby. 10 minutes walk to Pont d'en Gil (great Sunset! ) Friendly Staff. Cheap price / night !

Some of the appartements are outdated. The Old Furniture could use a change. The Bed & matres where a 'bit worn out. My wife's Bed sheets had ''clean'' stains when we arrived and needed a change.

The property was excellent and the staff were always friendly and respectful.

The WI-IF was a bit of hit and miss but everything else was excellent.

This large block of aparments is situated at the end of the main street in Los Delphines. They are designed as little houses around the swimming pools or in semi-circles.The apartments are two to a 'house' one up (with a balcony) one down (with an opening to ground level). All of them have a single bedroom and option for another bed on the sofa plus a small kitchenette.The reception is staffed 24 hours. All facilities are available - microwave, kettle, tv, fridge, small freezer compartment. There's usually a bath and a shower. Since a takeover in 2025, rooms have benefitted from new furniture and been generally upgraded so a studio apartment would be fine for a couple or family with a child. They are spacious. There's no entertainment on site, although there is a cafe with music but Jimmy Hills is a five minute walk away with tribute acts live every evening and day time shopws for kids. The sunsets over Majorca within sight of those apartments with a seaview. A small beach is five minutes away and there are other coves nearby. If you fancy a fifteen minute walk, the adjacent resort of Cala 'en Blanes has a couple of great beach bars. Plenty of eating in Los Delphines to suit any purse. and with Jimmy Hills you can go out every night

One failing is the wi-fi at the apartments isn't strong enough to get very farm beyond reception so you have to sit down there to get free signal.

Nice staff and common areas.

The room didn’t look like the photos at all. It was clearly one of their unrefurbished rooms and smelled like bleach. Obviously hadn’t been aired out in a while. Everything was tired and old, from the bed to the table to the bathroom.
