The staff were very pleasant and helpful. Room was clean and warm with kettle , tea and coffee bags and a coffee pod machine. The window could open which was great .the room view was looking into a very well kept hotel garden which was lovely. The breakfast was a buffet which was well supplied with cooked and continental foods .Dinner was nice all meals very rich in flavour and sauces
I did find my bed quite hard and pillows a bit lumpy.
I'm sure if i had asked they would have changed my pillows though. .
I didn't like the communal toilets on the ground floor,
Although I did enjoy the meals if staying longer than 2 night I would have to try somewhere else as food was very rich and not really any plain options

Breakfast was nice - the usual foods were supplied - and the table was cleared quickly
The bedding in the room was lovely and fresh
The location of the hotel was great, right on the main road
The hotel does look like it is stuck in the 80s/90s
The walk to the bedroom was long - no lift at our end of the building to get the luggage up
The bathroom was very tired looking with cracked floor tiles
We had to park in the delivery section of the hotel as the car park was full - we still had to pay £5 to park next to the bin area!
