Location was great
The hotel is certainly not as well presented as local TV advertising makes out.
The dining room is good as are the gardens.
The rest of the hotel is pretty run down and in need of upgrading. Peeling, old furniture in the bedroom.

Breakfast was nice - the usual foods were supplied - and the table was cleared quickly
The bedding in the room was lovely and fresh
The location of the hotel was great, right on the main road
The hotel does look like it is stuck in the 80s/90s
The walk to the bedroom was long - no lift at our end of the building to get the luggage up
The bathroom was very tired looking with cracked floor tiles
We had to park in the delivery section of the hotel as the car park was full - we still had to pay £5 to park next to the bin area!
