Great location, big room
We were placed opposite bank house, also the leisure facilities were very tired and some areas not working. Messages stated a corridor connecting bank house and main hotel but this isn't the case.

The location was great. Breakfast was a bonus. The room fit us perfectly.
The twin beds were very comfy, but the large bed could use a topper you can feel the mattress springs.
There were four of us sisters and the room was very accommodating.

Room is very tired, LOTS needs attention.

Receptionist said she'd upgraded us, to the room that I booked and paid for
