The staff were very friendly & helpful.
The hotel is well located (20 mns max from Malpensa) there are supermarkets & gas stations very near.
The breakfast is very good & the rooms are decent and luminous.
Nothing to dislike in general. But the breakfast area is a bit small if the hotel is full, could be improved.

The hotel was nice and comfortable. Easy to reach from Malpensa, the staff was nice, has plenty of parking, a decent wifi, and a wonderful breakfast. There is a big grocery shop and a laundromat nearby!

Location. Easy access to MXP and good local restaurants. Breakfast was OK, staff were friendly.
The floors felt sticky, the shower was TINY - I’m not a big person and I could barely turn around - the sink didn’t drain and the AC was on for 12 hours and the room temperature only dropped 0.5 °C
