Location was amazing! 4 min by shuttle 5€ if within normal hours. Really early flights or really late flights are 10€. Considering the surrounding hotels it's quite reasonable. Breakfast is worth the 12€.
The hotel is in need of a bit of upkeep. Although clean our room had a broken tongue on a floor board that squeaked near the bathroom. We had to ask for an extension cord as there were no plugs near the bedside and my hubby has a CPAP machine. The "heavy duty" extension cord just reached.

The female receptionist working at night who helped me book the shuttle bus via WhatsApp, and the male receptionist who helped us check out in the morning, were both very nice. The shuttle driver was also welcoming and helpful.
The only issues were with the male receptionist who checked us in at around 10:30 pm on Jun 14 and the cleanliness of the room. He initially tried to persuade me to pay in cash even though I had already said I wanted to pay by card. I was eventually able to pay by card.
When we asked about the Wi-Fi, he was helpful at first and asked us to scan the QR code. However, due to a technical issue with our phones, we were unable to scan it. After a while, he stopped assisting us and began chatting with his coworkers. In the end, the driver kindly helped us manually connect to the Wi-Fi and showed us where to refill our water bottles, as no bottled water was provided in the room and the receptionist did not give us any information about the water station when we checked in.
I'm not sure whether the receptionist was a manager or not, but I hope he treats every customer equally and maintains a professional attitude toward all guests. We were polite and respectful throughout the entire interaction.
The room had some ants on the floor and a few hairs hanging from the bedside light. The toilet also had what appeared to be fecal stains when we checked in. We had to flush them away ourselves, which was quite disappointing. The room was also quite dim and could use better lighting. We had requested a double bed, but perhaps they had run out of that room type, as two twin beds were pushed together instead.
The shuttle bus (€5 per person each way)arriving at the airport at night was also delayed, and we waited for more than 20 minutes. However, the morning shuttle to the airport was perfectly on time.
