Staff is too friendly and spontaneous
Toilet seat was broken but manageable, I stayed for one night so didn’t complain as very cooperative staff.

Surprisingly little aircraft noise for being in such close proximity to the airport. It is a small room with bathroom and your own entrance in part of someone’s house
Someone was moving furniture at around 3am and someone tried to come through the door at 5am. That’s not at all acceptable

Close to airport. Clean. Good A/C.
Made to wait outside from 2pm to 3pm in 38C heat, even though the room was clearly ready at 2pm.
No refrigerator.
